Emma Wu (aka Gui Gui) recently surprised many by announcing that she has given birth to her first child.
Sharing the news on social media on 10 January with a never-before-seen pregnancy photo as well as a photo of a baby foot, she posted, “Slow down your pace… have a good rest, good pregnancy, two hearts breathing together. Remember all this well. Thank you for your courage, become a braver character, love yourself well, work hard in your future life, for us.”
“Welcome my love to this beautiful world. Thanks to everything and to each one of you. May my loved ones always find strength, courage and joy,” she added.
While she had never mentioned a pregnancy, it is noted that Emma has not had any works since participating in the fourth season of “Hi! Come in”.
On the other hand, the actress said via her agent that she would not make public the identity of her baby’s father and hopes that the outside world will stop asking questions about it.
“I hope people will give Gui Gui and the child some space to help them transition into this new life,” the agent added.
