Aljur Abrenica has now admitted that he had cheated on Kylie Padilla when they were still together.
The actor, who spoke about their marriage on “Toni Talks”, confirmed the allegations when asked by host Toni Gonzaga, saying, “On my part, it’s true. I admit that I have faults.”
He also admitted that his biggest mistake was not spending enough time with Kylie and their two boys, especially when he was worried that he wouldn’t be able to provide for them.
Aljur said that he and Kylie tried to save the marriage, but finally realised that the relationship was not working anymore.
At the same time, the actor also confessed that he experienced being cheated on, although made no mention as to the person who cheated on him.
“The pain, very painful. It breaks you. I remember feeling like there’s no life. You don’t have a life anymore… Part of you dies. Your worth will be lost. It’s really bad,” he said.
Aljur and Kylie tied the knot in 2018, though rumours began to swirl in early 2021 that the two have called it quits on their marriage. The actor was then accused of cheating on Kylie with actress AJ Raval, which both parties had denied at the time.
Later in October of the same year, Aljur went on a tirade, demanding Kylie to tell the truth about “who cheated first”. Kylie, however, stressed that she was never unfaithful.
