Lin Chi-Ling recently revealed that she is not planning to go back into acting for the time being, now that she has become a mother.
As reported on Epoch Times, the actress, who is making a back-to-back appearance since returning to Taipei months after her child’s birth, expressed her belief that God has set the right time for her to get married and give birth.
“I will focus on accompanying my child’s growth. At least wait until my kid is in school to see the situation at the time,” she said, regarding her comeback.
Lin also revealed that she might not be trying for another baby, stating, “I don’t think I can do it. Your body will tell you that you have done all you can.”
In the same interview, the model-actress admitted that she worked hard to be able to get pregnant following fertility treatments, adding that she endured more than a dozen treatments.
“To those who want to get married or have children, don’t give up. You will get through it,” she added.
Lin tied the knot with singer AKIRA in June 2019. She announced the birth of their first child in January this year.
