Huang Zitao was so angry recently that his lips turned purple in anger, after being hounded by netizens about his wife’s post-pregnancy condition during a recent livestream.
The singer, who appeared on a livestream recently following his and wife Xu Yiyang’s surprising revelation about having a child, became irate after netizens repeatedly posted comments demanding to see Xu’s stretch marks and incision scars.
“Why should I show them to you?” he retorted after the umpteenth time he was asked about the stretch marks, adding, “Do my marriage and child’s birth bother you?”
Popularly known by his stage name Tao, the singer said that while he has no issue with the jokes made by the viewers in the livestream, the multiple demands about the stretch marks were unacceptable to him.
His wife Xu was also quick to calm him down, saying that it was fine as long as they themselves know it in their hearts.
It is noted that the couple surprised many on social media recently when they shared a photo of them with a young child, publicly admitting that their son was born in 2024.
The revelation angered many, who began speculating that the baby was born via surrogacy. Xu immediately clarified that she gave birth to her baby herself via Caesarean section, but that they kept it a secret as she was battling postpartum changes.
