It was recently announced that the upcoming Isyana Sarasvati concert has been cancelled.
The news was shared by the Indonesian singer herself alongside her Redrose Records on 6 July, stating, “To everyone who has been looking forward to Isyana Sarasvati Live in Kuala Lumpur, it is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of Isyana Sarasvati Live in Kuala Lumpur, originally scheduled for 17 July 2026.”
“After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to proceed with the event, as the current level of ticket sales has not reached the threshold necessary to responsibly stage the show.”
The organiser stated that they understand how disappointing the news is to those who had already purchased the tickets, and that they are sincerely grateful for every effort made by fans to be a part of the show.
“We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this cancellation may cause. All ticket holders will receive further information regarding the refund process directly via email from LOKET in the coming days. Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued love and support for Isyana. We remain hopeful that we will have the opportunity to return to Kuala Lumpur and share an unforgettable evening together in the near future.”
