After Michelle Yeoh was announced as one of the presenters at the upcoming MAMA Awards, it was revealed that her “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon” co-star will also be a part of the event.
As reported on Mingpao, Chow Yun Fat was recently announced as one of the presenters at the 2025 MAMA Awards, which will be held at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium on 28 and 29 November.
This will be his second appearance on stage at the said awards, after having served as a presenter 10 years ago.
CJ ENM rep stated, “The attendance of Chow Yun-fat and Michelle Yeoh, symbolic figures of Asian culture and actors loved worldwide, is expected to create a special exchange that transcends the boundaries of K-pop and K-content genres.”
In 2015, the actor appeared as the closing guest at the MAMA Awards, and even did the viral dance to PSY’s “Gangnam Style” with the rapper and members of BIG BANG on stage.
