EXO’s Kai and Sehun will debut as a new unit this coming December.
Their agency, SM Entertainment, confirmed the news on 2 November, saying, “Kai and Sehun will release their first mini-album this coming December as a new EXO unit. We ask for your great anticipation.”
The two, who are the same age and were born in 1994, have been given the moniker the “94z” among fans. As these two members embark on their first official unit activity, many are interested to see what kind of dynamic they are bringing on stage.
It is noted that Kai and Sehun have collaborated on several occasions outside of their group activities.
Last year, Sehun made a surprise guest appearance at Kai’s solo concert where they performed together. Back in January, Sehun appeared on the web variety show “Changing Majors” hosted by Kai.
