Kelly Cheung has laughed off rumours of romance with Ron Ng, which stemmed from a cat that had supposedly appeared in both of their lives.
Speaking to the media at the wrap-up of her new drama, “The Model Lawyers,” the actress said that the cat that she has been sharing on Instagram, which she named Dongu, was a stray that she brought home with her.
“I raised him by myself. Now he lives in my house. He is my own cat. Dongu belongs to me,” she said.
When asked if the cat has anything to do with Ron Ng, who was previously pictured with a similar-looking cat in Zhuhai, Kelly kept everyone in suspense by jokingly suggesting that they should ask Ron about it.
The two stars were romantically linked to one another after working together in “This City Never Sleeps”.
