The singer had several costume changes throughout her concert

The incident occurred on 23 August at the Chengdu leg of her “Play Master” tour.

The singer, who was performing her song “Doesn’t Hurt,” was seen looking uncomfortable throughout the performance, and had medical staff rushing on stage during a costume change to inspect her and give her oxygen.

Minutes later, she reappeared on stage and said that she suspected the hot weather and the weight of her performance costume might have affected her heart.

It is noted that the singer was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse back in 2008.
