Ahn Hyo-seop is releasing the single, “Something Special” with global pop star, Khalid.
Scheduled for release on 22 May, “Something Special” is a global collaboration project that combines K-pop and R&B and serves as a special gift to fans around the world.
For this single, Who Rhee, a veteran K-pop producer known for his work on the Wonder Girls’ hit song “Nobody,” serves as the main producer, while Grammy Award-winning producer Troy “R8DIO” Johnson, who worked on Solange’s album “A Seat at the Table,” participated in co-production.
The track is a part of the Fandom album project, which previously released “Two Car Garage” by Jon Bellion and Swae Lee.
Ahn Hyo-seop has garnered attention from fans worldwide for his voice acting as Jin-woo, the leader of the Saja Boys in the Netflix animation “K-Pop Demon Hunters.” He is currently appearing in the drama, “Sold Out On You”.
Meanwhile, Khalid is one of the defining R&B voices in the new era, following his breakout album “American Teen” in 2017.
