Han Wenwen recently admitted that she is heartbroken over what has transpired, after Ken Zhu was “kicked out” of the new single, “Forever Forever” released by the rest of F4 members along with Mayday’s Ashin and singer-songwriter Jay Chou.
In a recent livestream, the Chinese actress revealed that husband Ken was excited about making a comeback with fellow group members Jerry Yan, Vic Chou and Vanness Wu that he even shed a lot of weight in a month in preparation.
“Actually, I was very worried about him during this period. In order to be in good condition, and to make everyone look good together, he lost 30 pounds in a whole month,” she said.
Han said that Ken has not relaxed at all since their reunion performance at Mayday’s concert a few months back, and that he was full of expectation about their reunion.
She pointed out that the singer has been bombarded with rumours and malicious accusations against him, and implored everyone to be more kind.
“Please stop hurting others with malicious words… What I want to tell you is that ‘Meteor Garden’ is not only nostalgic to you and me, but also to him,” she added.
It was previously rumoured that Ken was taken out of the recording of the new single due to him repeatedly leaking confidential information about the team during live broadcasts, affecting the team’s promotional plans.
