Rumours are rife that Girl’s Day Bang Min-ah (aka Minah) and On Ju-wan will officially get married abroad.
On 27 November, a South Korean media outlet claimed that the couple will be tying the knot in Bali, Indonesia in a private event and that the reception will be held this coming weekend.
However, Ju-wan’s agency, Haewadal Entertainment, could not reveal any details, saying, “As it is a private ceremony attended only by the actor’s family, we cannot provide confirmation. We ask for your kind understanding.”
Minah’s agency, SM C&C, also stated, “It is difficult to confirm detailed information regarding Min-ah’s wedding. We ask for your understanding,” and refraining from further comment.
It was back in July that Minah and Ju-wan surprised the public by announcing their engagement. At that time, both agencies released a statement saying, “On Ju-wan and Bang Min-ah have decided to spend the rest of their lives together this coming November.”
The two first met in 2016 through the drama “Beautiful Gong Shim”, and later reunited in the musical “The Days”, during which they reportedly grew closer. Ju-wan also reportedly was there by Minah’s side when her father passed away.
