Shoko Nakagawa recently announced that she has given birth to a pair of twins.
The singer-actress announced the good news on social media with a photo of her with her two newborn babies on 1 October, writing, “I safely gave birth to healthy twins around 9.30! Both mother and babies are doing well! Each of them weighs over [2.6kg]. Their first cries were strong and clear.”
“I truly feel from the bottom of my heart that I want to dedicate my life to protecting these small but powerful lives. Both of them held my fingers tightly. They’re just too cute…! The happiness of being able to call their names— I love you so much!” she added.
Shoko, who married a non-showbiz man in April 2023, also shared several more photos following the delivery, including one of her with her twins and a bouquet of flowers in her hand.
She posted, “My husband surprised me with a flower gift to thank me for safely delivering the twins! The flower bouquet was inspired by the twins’ names, brightening up the hospital scene. I’m so happy! I appreciate this surprise!”
