Former As One member Lee Min has recently passed away.
The news was announced by her agency, Brandnew Music on 6 August, stating that her body was found by her husband when he returned home.
“The police are conducting an investigation. We ask that people refrain from excessive speculation until the results are released,” the company added.
No further details have been revealed.
Lee Min was a part of the aforementioned South Korean R&B duo alongside fellow Korean-American singer, Crystal.
The duo made their debut in 1999 with the album “Day by Day”, and released five more albums before announcing their hiatus from the music industry in 2017 with the single, “Goodbye for Now”.
Lee Min most recently appeared on KBS 2TV’s music talk show, “The Seasons: Park Bogum’s Cantabile”.
She was 46.
