After more than two years, Monsta X revealed that they will be releasing a new album this September.

The news was announced on 20 July, at the end of the group’s three-day “Connect X” shows held at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. The performances were in celebration of their 10th anniversary.

It is noted that members Shownu, Minhyuk, Joohoney, Kihyun, IM and Hyungwon were recently reunited after five of the six members finally completed their military service, which began with Shownu in 2021.

Only IM has yet to begin his military service, and plans to enlist sometime this year.

The group’s last official release was the January 2023 “Reason”. They did drop “NOW Project Vol. 1” back in May, but it was a digital album of rerecorded songs.
