Not a year after they tied the knot, Masaki Okada and Mitsuki Takahata announced that they are now expecting their first child together.
On 16 July, the couple announced the news via their respective agencies, saying, “We are very happy to announce to everyone that we have welcomed a new life. We expect to welcome the baby around winter, and the subsequent work arrangements will be adjusted depending on Mitsuki Takahata’s physical condition.”
They added that they are very grateful for the understanding, and hope that everyone will continue to give them warm protection.
It was back in November that Masaki and Mitsuki announced their marriage. The two met on the set of the drama, “1122: For a Happy Marriage”, which was released in June last year.
