ASTRO member and actor Cha Eun-woo will commence his mandatory military service on 28 July, following his successful acceptance into the ROK Army Military Band, as confirmed by his agency, Fantagio.
The agency expressed their gratitude to the fans, known as AROHA, who always send unwavering love to ASTRO and added that “we have an important announcement regarding our artist Cha Eun-woo’s military enlistment. Recently, Cha Eun-woo applied to join the Army Military Band and received a final acceptance notice from the Military Manpower Administration today. He will enter the training center on July 28 and undergo basic military training before fulfilling his duty in the Army Military Band.”
The agency has emphasised that specific details regarding the enlistment location and timing will remain confidential to ensure safety and prevent overcrowding. No public farewell events are planned for the occasion.
They ended by asking for “your unsparing support and warm encouragement for Cha Eun-woo as he diligently fulfills his military duty and returns in good health.”
