Celebrity couple Tao Xinran and He Jianze recently confirmed that they have now ended their marriage of 10 years.
The news was first shared by the “Legend of Zhen Huan” actress, writing on social media, “Yes, we have been separated for a while. In order to protect the child, I have not shared this with everyone.”
“There is no melodramatic plot. Just you, me and the regret of drifting apart,” she added.
He Jianze later confirmed this, saying, “Although we have decided to separate, we know that we have to deal with adult matters ourselves. We don’t want our child to be hurt because of our decision, so we haven’t made our divorce public.”
Tao and He tied the knot in March 2015, after meeting through a mutual friend ten years earlier. Their daughter was born in September 2016.
