Naoko Amihama couldn’t help but feel saddened over the loss of good friend, Miho Nakayama, who was found dead at home on 6 December.

The actress who became good friends with Miho after working together in the 1986 drama, “Natsu, Taiken Monogatari”, posted several old photos of them together, writing, “I don’t want to believe it. It’s frustrating and sad… But I can’t do anything for her. I don’t want to cry. But the tears just come. Please forgive me.”

“Someday, someday, let’s continue from that time. Let’s secretly sing together, laugh so hard we cry, and play. Until then, see you,” she added.

The two have been friends since their debut in the ’80s

Miho’s body was found lifeless in her bathroom by her staff in Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo, on 6 December. Prior to the revelation, the singer-actress was scheduled to perform her Christmas show in Osaka on that same day.

The Metropolitan Police Department stated that they found no visible injuries on Miho and that the front door to her home was locked at the time.

She was 54.
