After a decade of hiatus, Jody Chiang announced that she will be holding a series of concerts in Taipei and Kaohsiung next year.
On 18 December, the organiser of the veteran singer’s concert revealed that Jody will be performing a solo concert on stage since her last show “Blessing” in 2015.
In addition to returning to the hometown where she grew up to perform for the first time in many years, it is also the fulfilment of her promise to her fans, who have accompanied her along the way.

The first show will be held at the Kaohsiung Arena from 11 to 26 July 2025, and the Taipei Arena will follow from 8 August to 1 September for a total of 20 performances.
It was back in September that Jody announced that she is ready to make her grand comeback, after taking a long break from the limelight to take care of her health.
“Although I know there will be some talk when I restart my career, after experiencing the life-and-death moments when I didn’t know whether I would live or die in the next second, and the great shock and regret brought to the world by the epidemic, I look at things more clearly. I don’t care about the so-called ‘voices’ anymore, and they are no longer important. Life is short, seize the moment and be yourself,” she added.
