David Tao had fans jumping for joy when he announced that there will be some good news this year.
The Taiwanese singer, who was performing at the Taipei Arena on 10 November, told fans, “There will be a new album this year. I made a promise at the Arena that I will release a new album in 2024!”
He then stated that he will also be releasing a cover album next year, which made all the fans in the audience cried in excitement.
Smiling happily at the reception, David then said, “Please give me more time, so I can go straight to work on the new album after I get off work, okay? There will be no celebration party, no drinking. What celebration party? I am working on my new album.”
It is noted that David has not released a new album since 2013, following “Hello Goodbye”.
