Kim Ye-ji, the South Korean Olympic shooter who went viral online recently, has now inked a management contract with PLFIL.
As reported on Hani, the news was confirmed by the agency, saying, “We have decided to manage professional shooter Kim Ye-ji as our official client. Since PLFIL is currently an actor platform, we took the time to carefully consider whether we could do well in managing sports athletes.”
“We decided that our short-form content production capabilities and global network can sufficiently contribute to sports management. Kim Ye-ji is not only an excellent shooter, but also an impressive person. Please show lots of support and interest.”
It is also reported that Kim is scheduled to appear as a model for a pictorial for the luxury brand Louis Vuitton this week.
The Olympic shooter won silver medal in the women’s 10m air pistol final at the 2024 Paris Olympics. However, it was her fashion style and cool demeanour that had the internet gushing, with many likening her to a character in a movie or an anime character. She also went viral for bringing her daughter’s doll elephant in her pocket during competition.
