Ayumi Hamasaki recently shared a PSA for her fans after experiencing heatstroke herself.
The singer, who has been busy rehearsing for her upcoming concert, posted on Instagram Story on 5 August that she has had a heatstroke, though did not mention how it occurred.
“I was surprised when my arms and legs started to cramp… I was doing something unreasonable, thinking somehow that I was fine. We really need to be careful. Everyone, please stay safe in a cool place,” she posted.
She also added in the hashtag, “not just fluid but salt as well.”
It is noted that a few days prior, Ayumi revealed that she has started rehearsing after a three-month hiatus for her upcoming Asia tour.
This year marks the singer’s 25th year in music.
