After watching too many of her late grandpa Steve Irwin’s shows, Terri Irwin revealed that her granddaughter Grace would sometimes mistake her son Robert as the legendary crocodile hunter himself.
Sharing the little titbits with the media at the Wildlife Warriors Steve Irwin Gala in Las Vegas recently, Terri said that Grace, who is the child of their daughter Bindi, would sometimes call Robert “Grandpa Crocodile”.
Terri also stated that she finds the fact that Grace could see the semblance “really special”.
Steve Irwin passed away in 2006 following an incident involving a stingray while he was filming a documentary in Batt Reef near Australia’s Queensland.
Bindi was just eight years old during the time of Steve’s death, while Robert was only three.
