Nadine Lustre is elated to be able to return to the theatres with a new movie, “Deleter”.
The actress, who is the star of the Mikhail Red movie, stated that she was elated that the film also made it to the Metro Manila Film Festival, where it will be released on Christmas Day in theatres.
“At first, it was not in the plan, but we’re really, really excited and looking forward to the MMFF,” Nadine said. “It is a Filipino tradition that people go to the cinema, watch, and attend the parade. I think this time, people will flock to the theatres because they are all excited.”
This is the second time for Nadine to have her movie being part of the MMFF, the first being 2015’s “Beauty and the Bestie”.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing “Deleter”. It’s also fun that this time around, I will see myself again on the big screen. I am very excited to see our movie,” she added.
A psychological horror, the movie stars Nadine as Lyka, who finds herself experiencing strange occurrences after she decides to delete a video of her office colleague’s suicide.
