Tony Yang and wife Melinda Wang are radiating excitement as they prepare to welcome their third child this year.

The couple, who married in 2020, shared their heartwarming news through a sun-drenched Instagram post that captures their genuine happiness and lets Melinda’s growing belly do the talking.

Melinda’s playful caption, “Vol. 3 coming this year” is brief and to the point.

With daughters Anah and Kya already bringing love and laughter to their home, the couple are embracing this new addition with love.

The couple did not mention the gender of their unborn child though Melinda had revealed in an interview that she did not feel any discomfort during this pregnancy.

Tony Yang recently announced that he and wife Melinda Wang are expecting baby number two.

On 25 January, the “Light the Night” actor shared the good news with a video of his baby’s ultrasound, writing, “The sound from the universe.”

Meanwhile, wife Melinda posted, “No. 2 landing soon.”

Fans and friends congratulated the couple in the comments section, with Huang Xiaorou writing, “This is the most beautiful news at the beginning of 2023.”

The couple have registered their marriage back on 9th September 2020 and were only able to hold the wedding reception in July 2022, the delay caused by the pandemic. They had welcomed their first daughter Anah in December 2020. The little girl was the couple’s flower girl at her parents’ wedding.

Nearly two years after announcing his marriage to girlfriend Melinda Wang, Tony Yang is elated to finally able to hold their wedding reception.

The Taiwanese actor and his wife celebrated their love on 31 July with a 45-table banquet held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, with guests that include celebrity friends like Ruby Lin, Joseph Chang, Chang Chen, Shawn Yue, and Janine Chang.

As Tony is a devout Christian, a church ceremony was held before the reception, with the couple’s one-year-old daughter Anah playing the role of the flower girl.

Speaking to the media about Melinda, he said, “I wanted to be surprised, so I deliberately did not check her out in her wedding dress before the ceremony. It was the first time I saw it when she walked down the aisle with her father.”

“I was very surprised and moved at the time,” he added with a laugh.

On the other hand, Tony admitted that he would like to have as many children as possible with Melinda, as he is very fond of kids.

Tony and Melinda announced that they have registered their marriage back on 9 September 2020 with a wedding photoshoot that he captioned “9.9”. The news came after they announced that they are welcoming their first child in May the same year.

Tony Yang was a picture of happiness as he appeared at a charity event in Taipei recently, thanks to the birth of his daughter with non-showbiz wife, Melinda Wang, who is a fashion designer.

As reported on Epoch Times, the “David Loman” actor, who spoke about being a father for the first time, enthused that he is a fool for his daughter and has been tasked to take over the late night feeding duties so that his wife would have more time to rest.

“I used to feel very nervous when the baby cried, but my wife has trained me to be as relaxed as possible,” he said.

Tony also revealed that he recently started working with Ruby Lin in a new drama, “The First Light”, and that the two of them have been exchanging experiences with their children on the set.

As for his 2021 plans, the actor stated that he would like to focus more on his work in Taiwan so that he could spend more time with his family.

“I’m worried that I could be separated for a long time from them if I choose to work on mainland projects. I wouldn’t consider that for the time being,” he said.

The 38 year-old actor surprised many in May last year when he announced that he and his fiancée Melinda were having a baby daughter. He made a surprise yet again in June by revealing that the two of them have registered their marriage.

The couple’s daughter, Anah, was born in December.
