Yan Haoxiang’s camp has recently dismissed the latest rumour regarding the singer, after it was reported that he has asked to leave his group, Teen in Times aka TNT.

The whole thing sparked after the hashtag  #YanHaoxiangAppliesToLeaveTheGroupAfterConcert started trending on 5 May, sparking rumours that the singer wanted some space amid his family drama.

Soon after, the official Weibo account of TNT FanClub posted a response, saying, “Regarding the online rumour that Yan Haoxiang applied to leave the group after his concert, this news is completely fabricated and has no factual basis. We strongly condemn this baseless rumour-mongering!”

“Cyberspace is not a lawless zone, and any act of fabricating or spreading false information should be strongly resisted. Please refrain from spreading or believing rumours, and work together to maintain a healthy and orderly online environment,” it added.

Earlier this week, Yan Haoxiang made the news after a man claiming to be his estranged father accused him and his sister of neglecting him after he fell into a financial crisis.

Another post later appeared, supposedly from Yan Haoxiang’s mother, expressing hope that the public would not project the issue between her and her ex-husband onto their children.

A screenshot of a post from He Junlin has sparked speculations that the TNT member is still unhappy with what had happened at the group’s recent concert.

On 5 May, a screenshot of a WeChat Moments post by He Junlin went viral online. The post, consisting of just ten characters, without punctuation or accompanying images, read, “If only someone could respect me?”

This post, confirmed by a major fan account to have been posted by He himself, was said to have been caused by an incident that was described as a “technical glitch” during the TNT concert in Guangzhou on 4 May.

During the closing segment of the concert, He Junlin was addressing his fans, one of the few times he had a solo speech during the entire performance. However, before he could finish speaking, the camera was suddenly switched to fellow member, Yan Haoxiang.

The audience erupted in screams at the sight of Yan Haoxiang, completely drowning out the rest of He Junlin’s speech. He stood on stage, microphone still to his lips, but the camera was no longer on him.

Following the incident, the company quickly issued a statement claiming it was a “director’s operational error.” The director involved was subsequently dismissed, and the company announced the permanent termination of all cooperation with him.

The director himself also publicly apologised, admitting that “the mistake had a negative impact on the fans’ emotions.” This series of public relations moves seemed clean and efficient, but the appearance of that post on WeChat Moments seemed to hint to fans that it was a statement of someone who had been frustrated with his situation for a while now.

The representative of the boy band Teens in Times (TNT) recently assured that all is well with two of the group’s members, Song Yaxuan and Liu Yaowen, following recent rumours of an accident.

As reported on Oriental Daily, earlier, a video circulated on Weibo showing a road traffic collision, with many alleging that one of the cars involved was driving the two singers after being followed by stalker fans.

Worried fans immediately went to their agency, TF Entertainment to get the full story, and was told that everything is fine with Song and Liu.

“The Teens in Times members have arrived at the hotel safely. Regarding the rumours on the internet, everyone is safe, and it has been confirmed that the artistes are not injured and there is no problem.”

The agency is also promising to pay close attention to their artistes’ safety and welfare, after fans urged them to take the members to a hospital for further examination.

“Our company strongly condemns this type of private pursuit and vehicle following behaviour, and has reported the situation to the police and reported it to the relevant departments for legal processing,” they added.

Time Fengjun Entertainment has recently slammed rumours that TNT members He Junglin and Yan Haoxiang are in a relationship.

As reported on Sohu, the company released a statement regarding the issue, saying that rumours about them were maliciously spread online, prompting the company to refute all allegations.

“Our artistes Yan Haoxiang and He Junglin have never been in love. Romance related comments online are malicious rumours causing fan circles to fight against each other and cause conflict. We strongly condemn such fabricated news and baseless rumours,” the company said.

TF Entertainment also urges all relevant platforms to boycott such false rumours, and that the company reserves the right to pursue legal action against those who continue to disseminate such falsehood.
