Revered rock icons TOTO is coming back to Singapore!

The Grammy Award winning band is set to make their long-awaited return with “DOGZ OF OZ PRESENTS TOTO” tour at Marina Bay Sands, Expo & Convention, Level B2, Hall E & F on 29 April 2025 (Tuesday), 8PM.

This will be their first performance in Singapore after their last show close to two decades ago in 2006.

TOTO, a world-renowned rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1977, is one of the few 70’s bands that have endured changing trends and styles while continuing to remain relevant. Joining Steve Lukather (Guitar/Vocals) and Joseph Williams (Vocals) are Greg Phillinganes (Keyboards/Vocals), Shannon Forrest (Drums), John Pierce (Bass), Warren Ham (Percussion/Horns/Vocals), and Dennis Atlas (Keyboards/Vocals).

Amidst a wave of nostalgia and newfound appreciation for classic rock, TOTO has seen a massive resurgence in popularity. Over half of the band’s streams come from those aged 34 or younger, and the band’s repertoire is played more than 3 million times daily on Spotify alone, which is testament to their timeless musical excellence.

Their hit track “Africa” (1982) alone has surpassed 1.1 billion plays on YouTube, 2 billion streams on Spotify, was certified Diamond by the RIAA in the USA and sold over 10.5 million copies worldwide, solidifying its status as a timeless classic enjoyed across generations.

Five years since their last tour, Incubus is back in Kuala Lumpur for their upcoming Asia Tour 2024.

The legendary American rock band will be performing in Kuala Lumpur on 27 April at the Mega Star Arena, with the concert to be organised by Hitman Solutions.

Said Hitman’s CEO Rohit Rampal, “As a rock fan, I am happy to announce a concert effort with one of the most successful international rock bands of all time, Incubus, through the 2024 Asia tour series. The demand to return to Malaysia is very significant, especially when we see the excitement about the Incubus concert in the neighbouring country.”

Incubus consists of vocalist Brandon Boyd, Mike Einziger (guitarist), Jose Pasillas (drums), Chris Kilmore (keyboards) and Ben Kenney (bass), and is popular with songs like “Drive”, “Love Hurts” and “Wish You Were Here”.

Following their concert in Malaysia, the band will also be performing in Singapore on 29 April and Tokyo on 1 May. Prior to that, they will be touring Jakarta on 23 April and Manila on 25 April.
