Chen He has recently dismissed the notion that Lu Han’s apparent weight loss recently was caused by his rumoured breakup with long-time girlfriend, Guan Xiaotong.

In a recent livestream with fans, Chen, who was asked about Lu Han’s latest gaunt appearance at his concert tour, said that being on tour meant that Lu Han had done his utmost to give his fans the best performance.

“He must have put in a lot of effort and must have exercised and run every day to be in such a state now,” he said.

Chen also dismissed the notion that the singer’s health was affected by his breakup with Guan, reiterating that Lu Han just wanted to be thinner and fitter for the concert.

“Don’t worry about it. He is in good shape now and exercises every day,” he said.

However, the actor was mum on questions regarding the breakup rumour, saying “I don’t know” when asked about it.

Rumours of Lu Han and Guan Xiaotong’s breakup have been spreading like wildfire on Weibo since February, but it was further fuelled in April, when Guan did not wish Lu Han a happy birthday as she usually did.

Chen He has laughed off rumours that wife Zhang Zixuan is pregnant with their third child.

As reported on Sohu, speculations of a third pregnancy sparked last month, after Chen shared a video on social media to celebrate his daughter’s birthday. Netizens couldn’t help but notice that Zhang seemed to be sporting a bulging tummy, and asked if she is pregnant again.

It was also further fuelled by the fact that Zhang has not posted any photos or videos in recent weeks.

In response to the speculation, Chen responded in the comment area of his social media platform, writing, “No such thing. Who did you listen to?”

Meanwhile, a new photo of Zhang was exposed online, where she wore a tee that showed no signs of pregnancy at all.

Chen and Zhang tied the knot in 2016. The two are parents of two daughters.
