Belle Mariano recently announced that she is set to release a new album following her last album, “Daylight”.

The actress-singer shared the good news via a video message that was shared via One Music PH, saying that she is thankful for all the support she received for the previous album.

“Now that another album is coming out, I hope you guys are able to love it as well the way you love ‘Daylight’ and I hope you guys like it and relate and be inspired, and so many more. Go through this journey with me once again. I love you guys,” she added.

As for her “Daylight” album, which was released in December 2021, it can be streamed on Spotify.

Meanwhile, the actress, who was last seen on the big screen through “An Inconvenient Love”, recently met with director Mae Cruz Alviar alongside her love team partner Donny Pangilinan. The filmmaker reportedly will be directing their drama series, “Can’t Buy Me Love.”

Belle Mariano has been named one of MEGA’s “Women to Watch” this year, hailed by the magazine as the new Gen Z Queen.

The actress, who joins others like model Casey Merritt, athlete Bethany Talbot and volunteer educator Mandy Romero in the list of women who challenged and made changes in their respective fields, revealed in the interview that she wants to use her platform to spread positivity and make a difference in the world.

“I think our generation is really special because we’re so connected. We have the power to make change happen, and I think that’s really exciting,” she said. “I want to be someone who inspires others to be their best selves. I think that’s what’s so important about being in the public eye – you have the power to make a difference, and I want to use that power for good.”

Sharing her passion in mental health awareness, Belle stated, “I think it’s so important to talk about mental health and to break the stigma around it. We all go through tough times, and it’s okay to ask for help… I just want to encourage everyone to be kind to themselves and to each other,” she said.

Now that she has won Outstanding Asian Star award at the Seoul International Drama Awards, Belle Mariano stated that she is still speechless about her win.

The actress, who spoke about it for the first time following her appearance at the event in South Korea, stated, “”Honestly, loss for words. I can’t describe the feeling once you’re there on stage. At first, I was nervous. Of course, it’s my first time to accept an award on stage and it’s held in Korea.”

“The moment when I was there on stage, I just cherished it. It’s truly humbling and I am just so grateful. And of course, I would like to thank everyone who supported me, who believed in me from the very beginning. This is all for you guys.”

As for her next goal, Belle stated that she is currently in the middle of shooting a new movie and hopes that it will be released internationally.

“And hopefully more people can recognise the talent of Filipinos,” she added.

The actress added that she would not be here if not for her fans, adding that she is thankful for all of the support.

“If only I could give you the awards, you guys deserve it and I’m going to do my very best so we can win more awards,” she enthused.

Donny Pangilinan is the epitome of a supportive partner, as he made sure to be one of the first to congratulate Belle Mariano for her win at the Seoul International Drama Awards.

The actor recently shared a photo from Belle’s acceptance speech after receiving the Outstanding Asian Star Awards at the event held on 22 September, and wrote, “This is your day. So proud of you [Belle]. More to come!”

The actress bested 175 actors to win the Outstanding Asian Star accolade, including Donny himself, as well as fellow Filipino colleagues like Charlie Dizon, Jake Cuenca, and Zanjoe Marudo.

On the other hand, Belle and Donny are set to promote their upcoming movie, “An Inconvenient Love”, which will be released in theatres on 23 November.

Belle Mariano has won the Outstanding Asian Star Prize at the 2022 Seoul International Drama Awards (SDA).

The news was announced by Star Magic on 5 September on social media, stating, “[Belle Mariano] wins big at the 2022 Seoul International Drama Awards! Besting 175 male and female actors, Belle is among the five honorary winners selected by global fans to win the Outstanding Asian Star Prize!”

Among the Filipino nominees in the category were Belle’s screen partner Donny Pangilinan, as well as their fellow Star Magic colleagues Charlie Dizon, Dimples Romana, Jake Cuenca, Maris Racal, Kaila Estrada, and Zanjoe Marudo.

The actress is set to return to the big screen with “An Inconvenient Love” co-starring Donny Pangilinan.

The upcoming DonBelle movie is set to be released in November.

The news was shared by Star Cinema, saying that the movie, “An Inconvenient Love”, directed by Petersen Vargas, will be releasing in cinemas nationwide starting 23 November.

“Your 24Ever is on the way! Love doesn’t always come in convenient packages, but you DASURVVV this convenient SURPRISE! Here’s a FIRST LOOK from Star Cinema’s comeback movie, ‘AN INCONVENIENT LOVE,’ starring Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, directed by Petersen Vargas!”

“Only in theatres this NOVEMBER 23, 2022. See you?” read the post on social media.

The movie is the second film that sees Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan playing the leads following 2021’s “Love is Color Blind”.

The team, known to fans as DonBelle, are also the stars of the hit series, “He’s Into Her”.

Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano are reuniting in an upcoming Star Cinema film.

The news was shared by the studio on its social media accounts, with an untitled poster showing the two stars sitting in an empty parking lot, the tagline read, “Quick. Easy. Convenient?”

“Tbh, we missed yah so much! We are definitely back in cinemas this 2022 and we can’t wait to be with you again! Catch @donnypangilinan and @bellemariano02 on the big screen real soon,” the caption read.

The poster was also shared by both actors, with Donny writing, “We’re back in cinemas. Soon.”

It is noted that the love team, known to fans as DonBelle, was most recently seen on the big screen via their debut movie, “Love is Color Blind”.

They are also currently starring in the second season of their popular series, “He’s into Her”.

The fans of love tandem DonBelle will be glad to know that the second season of “He’s into Her” is set to begin production.

The news was revealed by iWantTFC earlier this week with a photo of the cast in their school uniforms, with the caption reading, “Do you miss them?”

It also added the hashtag “HIH2FirstTapingDay”.

Lead actor Donny Pangilinan later posted a photo of him with the clapperboard revealing that Chad Vidanes is returning as director, and wrote, “Here we go.”

Among other actors to return for the second season include Vivoree Esclito, Kaori Oinuma, Ashley del Mundo, Criza Taa, Dalia Varde, Limer Veloso, Gello Marquez, and Joao Constancia.

The original series is based on the Wattpad novel of the same name by Maxine Lat, which follows the life of Max, a small-town girl who moves to live with her dad in Manila. She is later forced to work together on a project with the varsity captain Deib, where their relationship blossoms from dislike to actual love.

Rather than confirm or deny the rumours of a real-life romance between his onscreen partner, Belle Mariano and himself, Donny Pangilinan recently gave a safe answer about his relationship with her.

“Belle and I are in a happy place right now,” he said, in an interview with Karen Davila on the latter’s YouTube channel.

“We’re very grateful for our situation and blessed to be an inspiration to people, hopefully. We’re blessed to be having these projects together,” he added.

It is noted that the DonBell tandem is one of the currently popular love team, with the two stars working together in teen romantic-comedies like “He’s Into Her” and “Love is Color Blind”.

Donny admitted that he likes several things about Belle, which enabled the two of them to remain close to one another.

“She’s herself. Sometimes, to a fault, but in a good way. She separates herself, goes with what she thinks, and doesn’t care about what other people say. I really admire that about her, she doesn’t let anyone affect her, and she’s very focused,” he expressed.

The actor added that he can just be himself when he is around the actress, saying that it is always “chill” whenever they are together.

“Belle is so talented. She has so much ahead of her and I’m just so happy that I get to witness this journey with her,” he enthused.
