Nearly eight months after giving birth to her second child, Bao Wenjing revealed that she has finally returned to her prepartum weight.

The actress recently took to social media to share her postpartum journey, saying that she weighed 134 pounds when she gave birth to her second child, but has now lost 36 pounds from the previous pregnancy weight.

However, Bao said that due to the rapid weight loss after childbirth, she is now facing hair loss and had to get hair treatment.

She also revealed that unlike her first child, who was born naturally, she had to undergo surgery for the birth of her second baby. Having experienced both methods, Bao said frankly that one is painful in the early stages and the other is painful in the later stages, so there is not much difference.

In the same video, she also spoke about the relationship between her two children. Bao said that although her daughter is 9 years older than her brother and that even her friends said that the older sister could help take care of the younger brother, she does not agree with this.

The actress said that she has never thought to make her daughter be “a second mum” to her baby brother and that she should have her own childhood as well. In fact, to avoid their daughter feeling neglected because of her baby brother’s arrival, Bao and husband Bao Beier have actually paid more attention to their daughter nowadays.

Bao Beier recently revealed that wife Bao Wenjing has given birth to their second child.

Sharing the good news on social media on 20 May, which is the Chinese Valentine’s Day, the actor posted a photo of him, his actress wife and their daughter holding their newborn child, writing, “Baozi, Dumpling, and Noodle wish everyone a happy 520!”

Wenjing later reposted the photo and wrote, “A family of four.”

It is noted that Noodle is the nickname that has been given to the newborn even while the actress was pregnant, which continues the Bao family’s “food theme” nicknames. Their first daughter was nicknamed Dumpling.

Wenjing had been sharing her pregnancy journey with fans multiple times since announcing her pregnancy late last year. She admitted that her second child was wanted by her husband and daughter very much.

The due date for the baby’s birth was in June, but baby Noodle arrived early on 20 May.
