Guo Yuxin has recently dismissed rumours that she was unfaithful while supposedly being in a relationship with actor Zhang Liren.
The whole issue sparked on 4 November, when screenwriter Ye Feiye published a lengthy post, accusing the actress of cheating, adding that the whole entire short-drama industry already knew about the matter.
It is noted that neither Guo nor Zhang have ever confirmed to be in a relationship.
On the same day after the allegation was posted, Guo’s official account responded, “This is pure fabrication! We will resolutely defend Ms Guo Yuxin’s legitimate rights and interests through legal channels!”
The statement was also accompanied by an image bearing a prominent “FAKE” stamp over the trending topic.
Meanwhile, Ye Feiye, who has been in conflict with Guo since May this year, has not backed down, and is now accusing the actress of tax evasion.
The screenwriter listed several issues in detail, including whether payments received for acting roles before October 2025 had been channelled through personal bank accounts, whether undisclosed advertising income on Xiaohongshu had been declared for tax purposes, and whether livestream gifts and other monetary transactions had been properly taxed.
Ye Feiye, who uses her real name Kong Ziye, stated that the evidence will be submitted to the authority and that no more comments will be made about the actress.
