Singer-actress Go Woo-ri has announced that she has given birth to her first child.
On 7 October, the former Rainbow member announced the news of the birth by posting a photo on Instagram Story along with the message, “My lucky charm was born strong and healthy. May everyone who cheered for me receive blessings.”
The released photo features a baby bib embroidered with the Korean word ‘Bokdeongi’ (meaning ‘lucky charm’).
Woori, who married a businessman five years her senior in 2022, revealed her pregnancy earlier this year when she shared the news during an appearance on MBC’s “Radio Star” in April.
At the time, she highlighted the extraordinary timing, revealing that she received the call to appear on “Radio Star” the day after confirming two lines on a pregnancy test.
Since then, Woori has consistently shared her daily life during her pregnancy through her channel and social media.
On 6 October, she posted several photos including a video of her showing off her baby bump, saying, “Time really flies… I’ll go give birth safely and come back healthy.”
