Barbie Hsu’s mother Huang Chun-mei has recently slammed the media over reports that she is involved in any dispute regarding the late actress’ inheritance.
As reported on Sohu, it was previously rumoured that South Korean entertainer Koo Jun-yup has entered into mediation through his lawyer, supposedly to fight for his share in the inheritance.
The rumour came despite previous reports that Koo has given up any share in Barbie’s estate, and instead left it all to her two children.
Now, another claim was made that it was Huang who privately requested Koo to relinquish his shares and give it to her instead.
When asked about it, Huang denied it vehemently, and retorted, “Who said that? Nonsense! I’m half-dead. These rumours have nothing to do with me.”
“My precious child is gone, and I’ll soon be homeless. I won’t even see my grandchildren. Do you think these rumours still matter?” she added.
Meanwhile, Koo’s camp has not made any statement regarding the rumours concerning the inheritance dispute.
