2NE1 member Sandara Park has recently dismissed the shocking claim made by fellow member Park Bom, that she was used as a cover-up for Dara’s own drug abuse in the past.
As reported on Herald, on 3 March, Sandara’s camp released a statement to the media, saying that Park Bom’s claim against the singer was groundless.
At the same time, she expressed concern about the current health state of the singer, with whom she has worked with for a long time. Rather than taking a proactive approach, she is reportedly maintaining a cautious stance to prevent the situation from escalating further.
The day before, Park Bom posted a lengthy handwritten letter on her social media, and explained that Adderall, the controlled substance that people accused her of abusing in the past, was actually used to help with her ADHD.
Beyond denying the allegations, Park Bom went further, making the unfounded claim that “Sandara Park was caught on drugs, and to cover it up, they made Park Bom into a drug addict.”
Park Bom took down the post a few hours after posting it, but Sandara’s SNS was flooded with posts demanding an explanation.
