The South Korean entertainer, who designed the statue himself, shared a photo of his handwritten speech on 2 February, which read, “My eternal love, my everything, Heewon, how are you? Are you very cold? I hope you’re not too hot. Your oppa is always worried…”

“When I sit blankly in a corner of the bed in an empty room in the morning, I still think, is this a reality or a dream… I hope it is a dream, and my heart aches. It hurts. I get up heavily, thinking what should I cook today? Thinking about what I should make that you would like, I pack food and drive to the mountain where Chin Pao San is, and tears flow endlessly because I miss you…”

“I’m sorry that I show my weak side like this…. But this is the last way I can ease my longing for you, so please understand. My Heewon… Heewon…. When we meet again, we will be together forever… forever. I miss you. I miss you so much…. I miss you so much to the point of death. Your eternal mad oppa… Junjun-ee…”

In another post, he also shared a clip from a video of the making of the statue.
