Ren Jialun’s camp recently had to release a statement reminding fans to be more mindful of their actions, following a recent incident involving a box of gifts.
The incident occurred on 24 July, when the actor appeared in Shanghai for a brand event. As he was arriving and speaking to someone at the venue while being surrounded by cameras and fans, a box suddenly flew across his shoulder, nearly hitting his face.
However, it fell to the ground after hitting the other person’s hand.
Following the incident and after the event concluded, Ren’s team posted a reminder for fans to not be too eager to throw any objects towards an artiste they like no matter how eager they want to show their love and support,
“Ren Jialun deeply cherishes everyone’s affection, but he will not accept any physical gifts. We hope fans can chase stars rationally using applause and cheers, warm online messages, comments, and creative support to transform love into a force of safety and genuine resonance. We believe this is the most precious gift,” they added.
