As to how they communicated with each other, the producers revealed that there were two translators at the shooting site who interpreted simultaneously and communicated to the two of them through the walkie-talkie.

“But surprisingly, DJ Koo’s Chinese fluency has improved since he came to Taiwan. The two chatted on the spot and sometimes they communicate freely without a translator,” the producers added.

DJ Koo also took to Instagram to express his elation over filming the show, saying that he enjoyed the new experiences and nature in Taiwan.
