Kris Bernal and husband Perry Choi recently revealed that they are having a baby girl.

The couple shared the good news via YouTube live, where they shared moments from their recent gender reveal party.

This include a fight between two inflatable dinosaurs in pink and blue – the fight ending with the pink T-rex defeating the blue one, signalling that the couple are having a baby girl.

They then released pink smoke bombs to confirm the news.

Said Kris, she was happy to be pregnant with a daughter, though admitted that it was unexpected as she kept assuming she would be having a baby boy.

“It really is an answered prayer. I want a girl because I want to dress her up. But I also wanted a boy because I want my nephews to have another to play with. But since they are all boys, there is a girl now,” she said.

This will be the first baby for Kris and Perry, who tied the knot in September 2021.
