What does Batman, Arya Stark, Finn the Human from “Adventure Time” and Bugs Bunny have in common?
They are all in Warner Bros Games’ new video game, “Multiversus”!
The company’s co-founder and game director Tony Huynh shared the good news recently, as well as the first look into the new game – a free-to-play fighting game that features some of your popular cartoon/comic/fictional characters crossing over from multitude of universes.

“Two years ago, we had a question, can we create a platform fighter that embodies everything about the genre and bring in some ideas? Multiverses emphasises teamwork and social play with an ever-expanding cast of characters that you know and love,” he said.
The game, focuses on 2 vs 2 gameplay, will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One and PC, with full cross-play support.

Aside from the opportunity to play with your favourite character (this also include Shaggy from “Scooby Doo”, Garnet from “Steven Universe”, DC Comics’ Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman, and Tom and Jerry), players will be excited to know that these characters will also be using their own known skills (like Arya Stark’s face-swapping ability and Superman’s laser vision) in the gameplay.
Warner Bros has confirmed that the game also has an extensive voiceover cast, including Matthew Lillard, who played Shaggy in the “Scooby Doo” movies, and Maisie Williams, who played Arya Stark in “Game of Thrones”.
More details will be released soon!
