First, the world gasped in shock when news of the Jennifer Lopez – Alex Rodriguez breakup dropped like a bomb upon us in April this year. OMG, the golden celeb couple had been together for 4 years, with 2 of those being engaged. A-Rod had put a US$1.8 million engagement ring on JLo’s finger when he proposed in Bahamas in 2019.
But then, we went Awwww when pictures of JLo with Ben Affleck started popping up on the internet. How sweet is that? And so surreal. The couple had split up 17 years ago, and they had both moved on, gotten married, had kids with other partners, and just like a boomerang – are back together again. YESSS, Bennifer is back!

– Dated Ben on and off, and on, between 1997 to 2000
Long before Gwyneth Paltrow did a ‘conscious uncoupling’ with ex-husband Chris Martin, with whom she shares two children with, she did date Ben for a few years. Oh, ‘conscious uncoupling’ is Hollywood talk for divorce – but then, she’s been the only one to use it, and probably coined it.
