After more than a year of romance, Super Junior member Kim Hee-Chul and TWICE’s Momo are calling it quits on their relationship.
As reported on Hankyung, the breakup news have officially been confirmed by the two singers’ respective agencies, with rep of Label SJ stating, “After checking with our artiste, it is true that they have broken up.”
However, the agency stated that they will not elaborate more on the subject to respect Hee-Chul’s privacy.
As for JYP Entertainment, which manages Momo, the company stated, “We’ve spoken with the artiste and this is correct.”
On the other hand, another source stated that the two stars drifted apart due to their busy schedules, and decided to remain colleagues instead.
The couple announced their relationship back in January last year, a few months after they were first seen together.
