It seems that 2018 has not been kind to Edmond Leung. Following his previous DUI, it was reported that the singer had to get his forehead stitched up after a recent accident.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer who shared about the incident on Instagram recently, said that he and his friends went to a karaoke place to watch the FIFA World Cup a few days ago, and that he lost his footing while walking in the dark – subsequently hitting his head on the corner of the table.

“After discussing it with the others, I decided to have a major surgery so I will be good again. Good night everybody. No need to worry about me!” he added.
In a later post, he revealed on video that he had 37 stitches to close the cut on his forehead, which was 7cm in length. He admitted that the injury was deep enough that the doctors could see his skull.
Edmond also assured that following a brain scan, he was told that the accident had not affected his brain.
On the other hand, the singer’s spokesperson recently assured that Edmond is fine.
“He is in good spirits and will continue his work with no problem. On the 13th, he will be flying to Russia to watch the World Cup,” the rep added.
