Taiwanese lyricist Vincent Fang recently announced that he will be collaborating with Jay Chou again on a new song soon.

As reported on China Times, Vincent announced the good news via Weibo saying that he and Jay have decided to release a new song in the Chinese-style music (also known as China Wind music) synonymous with their previous works like “East Wind Breaks” “Hair Like Snow” and “Fade Away”.

He added that the new song will be released in the second half of the year.
The announcement came following recent criticisms against Jay’s new single, “If you Don’t Love Me, It’s Fine” – written and composed by the multi-hyphenate star himself.
Many commented that the lyrics were too old-fashioned, and urged the singer to refer to his favourite collaborator Vincent Fang to rewrite the verse instead.
