Hong Kong actor Andy Lau assured everyone that he is 95 percent recovered from the injury he sustained from falling off a horse back in January, and that he will need just a little bit of extra time to make a full recovery.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor who appeared at the promotional event of his new movie, “The Adventurers” in Taiwan, shared that he had started his rehabilitation process as early as the third week of his hospitalisation back in January.

Andy stated that he would do water exercise for half an hour every day, on top of other exercises including squatting, walking up stairs, and weightlifting.

“I was actively doing all the physical therapy so that I could go home and hold my daughter,” he said.

When asked if he had any worries about his injuries during his rehab period, Andy said that he never feared anything, and was confident that he would stand up again even when others were concerned about his ability to recover.

On the other hand, the actor shared that he will begin a new series of physical therapy in September, and that the fastest he will return as a singer and to do his tour will be the second half of next year.
