St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival also known as Laneway returns to Singapore for the seventh year running, featuring a stacked list of indie musicians from various genres like electronic, hip-hop, R&B, dance, future soul, pop-folk, punk, and many more!
For this year, rising Singaporean star Sam Rui will be one of the musicians that will perform on one of the four-stages for the one-day-only festival.
“Laneway has always had an eye for emerging talent and when our team heard Sam Rui, they quickly felt they’d discovered an important new talent. Given that she has new music scheduled for release in February, we imagine the time is now for Sam,” said Laneway co-founder Danny Rogers to The Straits Times.
The 20-year-old will be joining 19 other talented and acclaimed indie musicians from across the world, they are:-

Laneway 2017 will take place on 21 January, and is once again set to be held at The Meadow, Gardens By The Bay.
