Pavilion Elite, a new retail landmark project adjacent to Pavilion KL is expected to open for business this coming November!
The project is a joint venture project between the Pavilion Group and Qatar Holdings LLC which costs RM650 million, and is the new extension for Pavilion KL mall.
It comprises a 10-level retail podium with net lettable area of 250,000 sq ft, and a 50-storey serviced apartment tower.
The brand new mall has secured more than 85 percent tenancy to date, housing over 70 brands including Coach, Huawei, Lego, Mango, Bonia, Juicee, Muji, Toys ‘R Us, Esfolar, Chatime and more!
“In spite of a challenging year for the shopping industry, the project has managed to achieve more than 85% occupancy — proof that demand for retail spaces in Kuala Lumpur in a prime and strategic location in Bukit Bintang is still promising,” said Pavilion Elite retail complex manager Joyce Yap in a statement.
She also noted that some of the brands are new in Malaysia such ABC Cooking Studio, The Planet Traveller, COS, VLV Life, The Wallet Shop and Simmer Huang.
“The opening of Pavilion Elite will complement and enhance the total retail and lifestyle experience of Bukit Bintang, further transforming it into one of the world’s top tourism destinations,” she continued.
