From the people who brought you ZoukOut and Djakarta Warehouse Project, two of the biggest music festivals in Asia – comes another brand new festival that is set to wrap up the National Day in Singapore!
We the Citizens Fest is the collaborative project of Zouk Singapore and Ismaya Live which is primed as the perfect alternative to celebrate Singapore’s 51st birthday.
The upcoming festival seeks to celebrate the Singapore spirit through an epic music line-up of local talents and international headliners, as well as fringe activities to celebrate the nation’s best in the film-culture scene.
We the Citizens Fest will be held at Zouk warehouse on Jiak Kim on Tuesday, 9 August 2016, featuring top international and local talents like Mark Ronson, Charlie Lim, Sam Feldt, Ta-Ku, Hayden James, Andrew Tang, Keith Chia and more!
According to Today Online, the festival was previously known as Beach Beats Fest and was supposed to be held at Sentosa’s newly constructed Palawan Green.
The event was then cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” and it changed to become We the Citizens Fest.
Advance tickets will cost SGD51 via ticketing.zoukclub.com while door sale tickets will be SGD65.
