Chinese actress Tang Wei recently made her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy, looking as radiant as ever.

According to UDN News, the actress, who was promoting her new movie, “Finding Mr. Right 2”, in Beijing on 1 March, stated that she learned about her pregnancy during Christmas.

“My husband was also there. He was very happy. My first reaction was, “What should we do now?”,” said the actress.
However, Tang stated that the pregnancy was not unexpected, as she and husband, Korean director Kim Tae-yong, have always wanted kids.
“It doesn’t matter if it’s a girl or a boy,” she said.
The actress stated that she also received a lot of congratulatory wishes from friends, including award-winning director Ang Lee, who launched her into stardom through the controversial film, “Lust, Caution”.
As for her future plans, Tang said that she will take a break to focus on her pregnancy, since it has also been a while since she had a vacation.
She added that she has already apologised to producer Bill Kong as she will not be able to attend a lot of promotional activities for the movie.
