HBO has finally released the full trailer for “Game of Thrones” Season 6 with actual footage from the upcoming show which many have been ‘dying’ to see!
The trailer starts with a shot of Jon Snow lying on the ground filled with blood surrounded by the voice of an unknown man (believed to be Davoth Seaworth) saying, “He’s gone.”
So, it is still unsure whether Jon Snow will be coming back alive this season since the trailer didn’t provide much revelation – but we believe that there is more than meets the eye!
The trailer then moves on to show the Lannister siblings where Jaime is seen assuring Cersei saying, “Everything they’ve taken from us, we’re going to take back – and more.”
It would seem that the siblings would be facing more drama this season as Cersei scornfully tells Lancel Lannister who orders her “man to step aside or there will be violence”, with a chilling, “I choose violence.”
Jorah Mormont however seems to have found Daenerys’ ring which she dropped in the Season 5 finale after she was captured by a Dothraki clan, and in the scene, we see the Khaleesi looking rather down as she marches alongside thousands of Dothraki in the desert.
We also get a brief shot of Arya, looking creepy and blind, and an all-grown-up Bran which we haven’t seen at all in Season 5, now facing a White Walker.
So, by the looks of the trailer, a lot more is going to happen in Season 6 which would involve tons of violence, death and also sex (but you already know that, don’t you?).
“Game of Thrones” Season 6 will premiere in Malaysia the same time as the U.S., exclusively on Astro’s HBO channel (CH411/431) this 25 April at 9am, with a same day primetime encore at 9pm.
